HALL TIMING:

Sarbhara, Avsar, Samarambh Banquet halls for a function like Wedding, Reception, Conference, Meeting, Birthday and Farewell Party, Kitty Party, Get-to-gather, Lunch or Dinner time will be for maximum 4 hrs. For extended time of every ONE (1) hour, as part thereof, depending upon availability. Rs 3050/- for SARBHARA, Rs. 2000/- for AVSAR. Rs. 1500/-for SAMARAMBH and Rs. 1000/- for NILAMBER, will be charged extra

EXTRA GUEST:

Billing will be made for the minimum confirmed booking given. If the number of guests exceeds than the minimum booking, extra guest will be charged as per the rate decided. In case of number of guest exceeds than the maximum number of guests confirmed, some of the dishes in the menu may change.

ADDITIONAL FACILITY:

Flower Decoration, Mayro, Stage, Sound System, Projector. L.C.D., O.H.P., Birthday Decoration etc will be provided at extra cost.

ADVANCE:

50% as Advance payment at the time of booking. Balance to be settled at the time of the function, only by CASH or Credit Card. Digital Payment are accepted. Cheques are not accepted, no Credits.

CANCELLATION:

In case of Cancellation, intimation has to be given either in writtening or in person. Before 5 days of function 30% of Billing Amount will be deducted. No refund will be available for cancellation made within 24 hrs.

LOSS OR DAMAGE:

Hotel Management is not responsible for any Loss, Damage or Theft of valuables. Damage or Breakage to the Hotel property will be billed at actuals.

TAXES:

G.S.T Or Any other TAX applicable will be levied at actual.
